Hello! Thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself!  Having spent many years in Human Resources working in a variety of Sectors, ultimately at Director level, I have now “followed my heart” by transitioning into the world of Coaching. This felt like a natural evolution for me, as I have always been passionate about facilitating and enabling an individual’s personal and professional development, with people commenting on my ability to inspire energy, focus & commitment to achieve goals, whilst taking a collaborative, pragmatic and caring approach.  Over recent years, I have navigated some significant life challenges. It was during this time that I first stepped into the world of Coaching (training & becoming an accredited Practitioner) and came to recognise the transformational gift I had received! There is nothing as powerful as personally, viscerally experiencing the impact of Coaching when life has thrown you a curve ball! The wonderful advantage of this is that I am able to coalesce my innate skills, my acquired knowledge and my unique journey of discovery, resilience & growth to invest back, and provide my clients with a truly authentic approach, which has lasting impact.  I thrive on enabling and inspiring others to be the best version of themselves – to live their best life.

My default trait is to Nurture; to help others to help themselves. My style is to listen deeply with a genuine curiosity to understand my client; their beliefs and values, and how they experience the world around them. I offer intuitive observations and meaningful challenge to enable clarity and inspire action to achieve desired outcomes.

I blend questioning, deep listening and gentle feedback to invoke insight and learning, which in turn, we convert to focused action.  You are the expert on yourself, I sit alongside as your guide – I empower YOU to act.  Client confidentiality is assured at all times (where an employer has requested the coaching, all parties will agree the best way to keep the sponsor involved or updated).

Setting up the Coaching process

 

Personal One-on-One Coaching:

1) A discovery meeting is organised (typically 30 mins duration and free of charge) to gain a mutual understanding of expectations, the coaching relationship and process
2) Discuss pricing and agree a provisional schedule of dates
3) A Coaching Contract is issued to the Client, to be
signed and returned prior to first session.


Corporate Sponsorship:
1) An initial Tri-partite meeting takes place, attended by the Sponsor (typically Line Manager; HR representative may sometimes also be present), the Coachee and the Coach. The purpose of this important meeting is to ensure all parties have absolute clarity on the intention, desired outcomes and process. This will include what is in and out of scope and importantly, communication and confidentiality protocols that will apply. An agreed schedule (to include agreed dates & times of Coaching sessions and Tripartite Check-ins) will also be established during this meeting.

2) A Coaching Contract is issued to the sponsor Client, to be signed and returned prior to the first coaching session.
3) One-on-One Coaching sessions delivered as per agreed schedule
4) Final Tri-partite; review progress vs expectations, discuss next steps
